A young conscripted soldier in the IDF received a burn dressing from 1975. It is unclear if his father and mother were born at that time.
This begs the question - does this happen due to poor purchasing on the part of the IDF/MOD or due to poor logistics from the quarter-masters on a local level?
Do the quarter-masters bring this issue “up the chain of command” or is the issue left unnoticed? Unfortunately, we have more questions than answers at this point.
